1. Acceptance of these Terms

By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use the Service. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the Service only with the permission of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms.

3. Your account

• You can sign up with an email address and password or with Google Sign-In. Email accounts must verify their email address before signing in.
• Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account. Tell us promptly at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized use.
• One person, one account; accounts may not be sold or transferred.

4. The Service

Prisma7 is a library of text prompts for AI image generation. You can browse and search prompts, copy them, like them, report them, and submit your own. Prisma7 does not itself generate images; you use prompts in AI tools of your choice. We may add, change or remove features, and the Service may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance or reasons outside our control.

The Service is currently provided free of charge.

Push notifications: if you allow them, the App sends push notifications about new prompts and new features, delivered through Google Firebase Cloud Messaging using a device push token. Notifications are optional, we don’t use them to spam you or to advertise third-party products, and you can turn them off at any time in your device settings. See our Privacy Policy for how the push token is handled.

5. Your content

“Your Content” means prompts, text, tags and images you submit. You keep ownership of Your Content.

• License to us: by submitting Your Content you grant Prisma7 a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, adapt (for example, resizing images or indexing text for search) and distribute it for the purpose of operating, promoting and improving the Service. This license ends when Your Content is deleted, except for copies in routine backups for a limited period.
• License to other users: once published, other users may view and copy your prompts and use them to generate their own images, for personal or commercial purposes.
• Your promises: you have all rights needed to submit Your Content, and it does not infringe anyone’s intellectual property, privacy or publicity rights or break any law.

6. Moderation and reports

Submitted prompts are reviewed before they are published, and we may approve, reject, edit the visibility of, or remove any content at our discretion, including content we believe breaks these Terms. If you believe content infringes your rights or is harmful, use the in-app report option or email [email protected] with the details. We are not obliged to monitor content but will act on valid reports.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to submit, share or seek:

• sexual content involving minors, or any content that sexualizes minors;
• non-consensual intimate imagery, or content intended to create realistic depictions of real people without their consent (including deceptive “deepfakes”);
• content that is illegal, hateful, harassing, violent-extremist, or promotes self-harm;
• content that infringes copyrights, trademarks or other rights;
• spam, malware, or misleading content.

You also agree not to:

• scrape, bulk-download or systematically copy the prompt library, or use it to build a competing service;
• interfere with, overload, probe or bypass the security or rate limits of the Service;
• access the Service through automated means except as we expressly allow;
• impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation with anyone.

8. AI tools and outputs

Prompts are provided as creative starting points. Results depend on the third-party AI tool you use, and we do not guarantee any particular output. You are solely responsible for how you use prompts and for any images you generate, including compliance with the terms of the AI tool you use and with applicable law. Do not use prompts to create content that violates section 7.

9. Our intellectual property

The Service — including the app, website, design, logo, the name “Prisma7”, and our selection and arrangement of SOME prompts — is owned by us or our licensors and protected by law. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for its intended purpose under these Terms. You may copy individual prompts for your own creative use.

10. Third-party services

The Service relies on third parties such as Google (Sign-In, Firebase Cloud Messaging for push notifications, and Google Play). Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services or websites linked from the Service.

11. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service at any time and request deletion of your account as described in our Privacy Policy. We may suspend or terminate your access, or remove content, if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or to protect users or the Service. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including 5, 9 and 12–15) will survive.

12. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure, or that content is accurate. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be excluded by law.

13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Prisma7 and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service or any content or images you create. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of USD 50 or the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you.

14. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Prisma7 and its operators from claims, damages and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from Your Content, your use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.

15. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Pakistan, unless mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence gives you the right to bring proceedings there. Before filing a claim, please contact us so we can try to resolve it informally.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We will change the “Last updated” date and, for material changes, notify you in the App or by email before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept them.
